Question / Help Videos recording lag

I have been trying to sort this out for a while now looking through the forums and still have no seemed to be able to fix it after trying all sorts of different things suggested here, I get crazy video lag when recording now and I have not had this issue before, I have a powerful PC so im not sure what the issue is and hoping someone could help me as its starting to drive me crazy ahah
