Videos recorded through OBS do not rewind

Hello forum users, I've got a problem that videos recorded via OBS in .mp4 format can't rewind with any video player (except VLC, and it freezes for a couple of seconds and then rewinds). I've found some info in the internet, that there are no keyframes in video, I tried to change keyframe parameters, but the problem still exists.
In other video formats (for example, .mkv) it rewinds normally.

I will be very grateful if you can help me to solve the problem of rewinding with .mp4 format.

OBS version 29.1.2

Record using the mkv container and then remux it (files menu) into mp4. Perhaps this helps.
