Question / Help Videos recorded are showing an "Invalid Format" error

File formats are all .mp4

Okay. I've been having this issue (Just started yesterday, or at least I just NOTICED it yesterday) where the videos I've recorded with OBS 0.14.1 have been giving me an "invalid format" error in ALL locations I try to view/upload. It's not just the newly recorded videos, it's the old ones as well (that I've had success in uploading in the past). After multiple failed attempts in YouTube uploads, I tried viewing them through Windows Media Player. This popped up.

Now I know it's not an encoding problem, as a video I recorded immediately after another one shows up and plays perfectly normally. In the "Videos" folder, this is what they look like. The one in the middle is the normal, successful video.

First Video (Left): 594MB 2nd Video (Middle): 1.23GB 3rd Video (Right): 74MB...?
This is even more strange when you consider the LARGEST VIDEO is the only one that seems to function properly...
I'm recording at 1080p 30fps for the first two, 1080p60 fps for the 3rd one.
Bitrate is 4000 for the third, 8000 for the first two (I was experimenting :/)
All other settings are the same for all of them
Output Mode is set to Simple.
Encoder: x264
Format: .mp4
Downscale Filter: Bilinear

IMPORTANT:
Before, I had almost no space on my drive. I deleted about 50 older videos and freed up 13GB. That's when the 2nd video in the image (which was also experiencing the issue) began to function normally.

If any other information is needed, I'll try to find it.
