when i edit my videos they are laggy in my editor vsdc free video editor even when the game is not laggy

This computer is likely below the minimum specifications for use with OBS.
Your log does not include an output session, so I cannot see precisely what your performance issue is, but I would imagine you are overloading your integrated GPU, and would suggest at least lowering your canvas resolution to be the same as your output resolution.

okay thank you it seems it may be the same problem as the last issue I posted here my laptop sucks I will get a better laptop before i try to make another video
