I recorded a few videos with OBS and after viewing them to see if they captured the game and voice the video froze after a few seconds but, the sound was still there and going.
Update to OBS Studio, use the recording quality presets and set NVENC as your encoder. Your CPU is too weak to handle real time encoding at the settings you're trying to use.
