EDIT: Someone solved it on reddit for me just now. Seems the file format was Fragmented MP4 by default and it wasn't playing nice. Made the switch to .mkv and seems to be remedied. Still, can someone explain why fragmented MP4 does this just so I understand it?

Title, tbh. I'm completely new to obs so bear with me here.
Every time I record a video in obs, the file is saved as being 26113 hours long. The actual video is about a minute in length. It can be watched in its entirety at a normal time but I cannot seek time in the video player or trim it in any way with other software. The file size is normal, so the time difference seems to be mostly aesthetic other than making it impossible to seek or edit.
