Click the File menu inside OBS, Show Recordings. It will open your recordings folder.
By default recordings will have a name like "02-10-2021 11-52-33" (a date and timestamp) and may not appear to be a video file.
Recommend downloading VLC (a free and open-source video player) and allowing it to associate with all filetypes, which should fix that second part.
