Video with overlay to zoom but not to projector using NDI WEBCAM INPUT

For a while now we have been sending videos with lyrics overlaid to a projector and streaming to zoom for Sunday services. The Pastor has come to me to only show lyrics on the projector. I am using RTSP for my PTZOptics camera and I cannot figure out how to do this. I have tried to send the video to another monitor only then to capture that display, but you cannot specify in OBS using RTSP which display will get the video. I disabled my PTZ video source in OBS so the video won't go out to the projector. Some expert advice would be greatly appreciated.

Some further info about my post. I am using NDI Webcam input going into Zoom.
