Question / Help Video with out sound?

Hi,
I have a little problem ... I try to record videos for the first time and it works quite well, but when I record a video everything is fluid and so but I have no sound when I look at it afterwards :( what Can't that be because of the wrong audio device, because I also see in the audio mixer that the audio tracks work

What are you using for playback? If you're using the default Windows "Films and TV" app, it's very well-known to cause issues like missing audio/video and stutters. Recommend downloading VLC, an open-source video player that has much better support.

i already try that, i used the windows player and the VLC play. I also try to do it with my cut programm shotcut https://www.chip.de/downloads/Shotcut_61418444.html

am i stupid? i try to send my record, can you hear sounds?
