Question / Help Video windows in Adobe Premiere Window Capture are greyed out.

I was streaming last night with OBS Studio and did not notice that my video preview windows in Adobe Premiere were grayed out. The only way I could get them to display was to do a display capture which I really don't want to show my entire desktop because I switch windows throughout the stream.

Any ideas as to why it might be doing this?

so there's no way to stream premiere without just streaming my entire deskop then? Poop on a stick!

Wouldn't I be able to see the task bar and start menu and all of that stuff too?

Not if it's cropped, or the taskbar is hidden.
