Video very choppy and laggy in playback

OBS is just really choppy on 1920x1080 canvas and output resolution, I tried using 720p output resolution but it just looks like it's in 480p..

My PC is pretty decent and I don't really think it's my PCs fault, but maybe I'm wrong.

My specs are:
GPU: GTX 760
CPU: i5-3570k
RAM: 16GB DDR3

I attached a recent log file.

There's no actual recording or streaming attempt in your log.
Also don't use monitor capture and game capture source in the same scene.

The logs shows 90% lost frames due to encoding lag.
You chose NVENC encoder with pretty extreme settings (50.000Mbit/s HQ) with the very old GTX760.
Not sure which NVENC settings might work with that card (I don't have an Nvidia card at the moment) but this is the main culprit from what I can see in the log.

Nevermind I fixed it, I just set my preset to Max Performance, I didn't do that the first time cuz I thought that I would lose quality in my recording but it runs very well now :D
