I am using a video capture device to transfer mini DV tapes from my camcorder to OBS. Try as I might, there is no video recording. There is noise, and that is recorded and picked up by OBS, but the video is not showing up at all. I've double checked my cable that I'm using, and my camcorder, both are fine. I would double check if it's just OBS not picking it up or the card's fault, but I don't know any other video capturing software I could use to check it out. I am running Windows 10, working with a PC. I did already check the main black screen/laptop troubleshooting page. Any leads or nudges in the right direction are appreciated. Thank you!

I don't know what other apps I would use to try it. There is no software with the device, it recommended OBS and all reviews for it said OBS worked with it. It is a USB port and I've tried it in all of my USB ports. Thank you for the response.
