Question / Help 'Video' Tab Help

I'm just wondering what I should have

and

for:

My Monitor resolution is 1024 x 576 (from https://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/)

• Apparently that is a 16:9 aspect ratio?

Here is my OBS tab:

• The tabs with the light grey part are what I need help or advice for, as I have no idea what base resolution or output resolution to put down.. which makes the video look ok.
