Question / Help Video Stuttering

I am currently very frustrated about a situation that completely makes me considering not to record videos at all.

Computer:
- GTX 1660 (i5-9400f) @ 2.90 GHz
- RAM (8.00 GB)
- 64 Bit

I am recording Fortnite (in-game) with 200FPS and it drops to 150. No problem as it is still smooth right?
When i am done with recording, i check my video if it has some issues and i found out that as soon as i am in the game it starts stuttering/lag even tho i didn't noticed anything in the game. Is my PC that bad?

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

If you have solved your problem yourself, please let the others know how you did it If someone else has the same problem,
he will find your post, read it through, is no step closer to solving it, and has wasted some time.

Your log will most likely indicate that running Fortnite at 200FPS leaves insufficient GPU capacity for OBS to render frames.

I suspect you'll either need to cap framerate or use another tool like ShadowPlay.
