Question / Help Video stuttering very bad

Hey im new to obs but my recording is stuttering very much

Could someone help me thanks!

The log file does not show any sort of rendering or encoding lag to note. 2 frames lost in the last one, which is nothing. The only thing I would note is that recording to .mp4 is not really a good idea, as that format is susceptible to corruption if anything happens to prevent the final bits of data to be written. .mkv is a much better choice, and if .mp4 is needed, it can be remuxed afterward.

What are you using to play back your recordings?
