Been having a couple of bizarre issues recently and wanted to see if there's anything that can be done from the software end of things - I'm in contact with Elgato in case this is a hardware problem!
After about 30 mins - 1 hour of streaming or recording footage (or just previewing in the OBS window) from the HD60 Pro, stuttering will begin to appear in the preview video, but not in the pass-through capture that I'm viewing locally on a monitor. Every few seconds or so, the footage will hang, desyncing from the audio and appearing very jittery in the capture. This can be fixed temporarily by simply activating and deactivating the video capture source, but of course this is not an acceptable method during streaming, as it's hugely disruptive, plus the stutter returns within the same timeframe. CPU usage does not appear abnormal during this issue, nor does OBS register any dropped frames in the preview window.
I've totally wiped and reinstalled all elgato software and drivers, and the issue has unfortunately reappeared. The issue (particularly audio desync) appears to happen much more frequently when using a PS3 via an HDMI splitter than on other hardware, but occurs regularly on PS4 and Switch as well.
I've attached a log file of a recent recording during which the stutter appeared, along with a recent crash log - the crash does not happen anywhere near as often, but does occasionally happen when the capture is acting particularly erratic.
I can provide video of this happening or other info if that would help! Thanks!
