Hey everyone, my name is Branden, and I've been having some stuttering issues with my video for a while now. I've tried to debug it myself, and have run myself around and around, to little, or no avail.
I was hoping you could take a look at my log and help me find a way to get YouTube Gaming to not run in the red consistently, and my stream to stop stuttering.
Additionally, some other things I've tried was increasing the bit rate, turning on and off simple mode for the stream settings, and so on.

The games I've been playing are Overwatch and Diablo 3. Both running with vsync. Diablo 3 runs full screen windowed, and Overwatch runs scaled to 720p full screen windowed, I believe.
