Video Streaming From IP Cam

Hi everyone and I apologize if this is not the right place to find someone to help me but I'm creating an app that receives video from an IP Cam and send it (via app) to Facebook Live. The problem is that is not showing the video. Has anyone tryed to stream from an IP Cam to Facebook before? What issues did you encounter? Any solutions you woould like to share?
