Video Stream Output

OBS is a great tool for live streaming and recording video because it allows users to do complex modifications to the video output using different sources and patching them all together into a single video stream.

I want to use OBS's video customizability when using programs such as Skype, so I need a plugin which basically outputs OBS's video feed as an accessible video stream for other applications.

webcamstudio does that, but is a lot clunkier than OBS..
