VIDEO SOURCE MOVING TO SIDE DURING LIVE STREAM

My video screen is moving my source to the side and adding a green screen behind it. Even though my source is locked. Is this a hardware issue or a software issue and any recommendations to help?

I’m running a DSLR to the black magic atem mini and then connecting it to my MacBook Pro. Never had this issue until today and been using this setup for months.
