We play highlights of our stream while we are muted to entertain our viewers while we are learning a song. SOMETIMES, and only sometimes, the audio will sound stuttery. (Video file example below).
This can only be fixed by closing OBS and restarting it. It should be noted that if the source is switched to Monitor Only, it works just fine, but we need it to be Monitor Off for this situation. I've tried moving the files, trying different files, etc, but the audio is still stuttery until I restart OBS. This tells me that the files are not the problem. It also can happen in the middle of playing the file. It sounded fine, and then halfway through we were told that it started sounding like this.
We were not having this issue until more recently, possibly right after the update.
