Question / Help Video source controls needed

Hello. I need to make a video file review. As a source I use Media Source and my video file. But the problem is that I can't control it. There are no play or pause buttons and no progress bar either. How can it be fixed?

I have the same problem. I need the ability to pause the recording of a video presentation in order to set up the next resource, blow my nose, get my dogs to stop barking and so on. As it stands now, I have to stop recording and use a video editor to combine the pieces. This feature seems so simple and useful, I must have missed something in the documentation. I couldn't find a pause feature in the hotkeys dialog or in a search of all the OBS resources.
