Question / Help Video Settings

So, I am trying to stream and it comes out with a very terrible frame rate. So I was like, "Alright, I'll bump up the max FPS!" Then it just says whenever I start streaming in the video settings, "Video output is enabled. disable this to make any changes to your video settings." I swear I've looked everywhere. Where is it? Or how do I disable it for that matter?

You need to stop recording or streaming to make any changes to video output.

If you're recording, hit the button to stop recording.

If you're streaming, hit the button to stop streaming.

If you aren't doing either and still can't change settings because of active video output, then you probably have the NDI plugin installed and it is on, so go to Tools > NDI Output Settings and uncheck all the boxes.
