Hello just a quick question regarding to streaming, I've been streaming for quite a long time and as of recently I just upgraded my graphics card from a 970 to a 2070 super and as in game performance is alot more smoother the output on obs is abit more laggy then before. Its as if obs is trying to maintain a smooth fps but keeps going off frame and doesn't look good. A game for example that it really shows is OSU!, is there any tips that might help smoothing out the issue and make it more easier to watch. I'm not on my computer currently but I know that I stream with 4200k bit rate with tune set to main and cpu preset to fast, most of my game captures are set to 1280 x 720 and my display and output is also set to this output. I haven't had issues with this before with my previous card as much but would like to stream more smoothly now since I have a new card that can run it. BTW my cpu is a Intel core i7 8700k if anyone was curious
