Hello. I record my videos in 360fps, put it through Vegas, render in 59.940fps with smart resampling and stuff to get that motion blur effect. I did get the motion blur effect, but it's the same result as if I recorded the video in 180fps in the first place. I have adjusted the recording fps to 240, and 180 to compare and 3 videos had the exact same motion blur strength of an 180fps video. I have tried to render it with frame blending in Premiere Pro, and it's still the same so that's why I think it's the problem with OBS. I tried an older version of OBS (25.0.8) but nothing changed. If someone is familiar with this type of stuff and could help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
