Video recorded with OBS, is flickering

Issue that I know was talked about. But afte last Nvidia or Windows update ( don't know wich one ), when I record a gameplay, he starts flicker. Already tried to solve the issue with all the available resources on google, Nvidia filters of, etc, still not working.
Please HELP!!!!
