Video recorded in obs have strange effects

I just bought a new laptop and installed obs, everything went fine, recording had no problems but when I opened the obs recording file there were strange video effects, I tried other encoders, tried reinstalling obs but the problem was still not solved, maybe it was a driver problem? My device is Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9 RTX 3050
