Video ratio changes when streaming to facebook

Totally new to using OBS, need for church service. I have set up a green screen with Chromakey. Everything looked fine, but when I went onto facebook, is changes the video view, as through 2/3 of my screen has vanished. Using a DSLR linked with Avermedia capturecard through OBS to facebook. Hope that makes sense. thanks

first deinstall Avast use the windows Defender look a the test defender is one of the best
second have you enabled fore stream settings like in the picture sorry i dont have a english version
