Video quality problem

Hello, I wanted to know I set up an automatic setup wizard for my obs, and I see myself in obs and in the preview in good quality, but when I record a video in obs and then watch it,it doesn’t match what I see in obs, in the recording settings I set it to high quality without loss, but even choosing different recording settings, the quality remains the same.Does this mean that my broadcast is in the same quality as in the recording? But in the obs I see myself in good quality
