Video quality problem in Zoom

Hello and thanks a lot in advance for taking the time to read this!

I want to use OBS to crop my webcam and switch scenes so I can decide what kind of content I am showing in Zoom.
My idea is to not use the screen sharing function in Zoom but use the OBS virtual cam and decide what I am showing via the scenes in OBS
I am teaching online and I present audio programs like Ableton Live and sometimes use scenes with my cam floating on top of the program.

I started using this system and was super happy with it but then found out the video quality for my students was really bad.
The content of the program I am sharing is very blurry for the other meeting participants, in my own Zoom it is perfectly sharp and clear, I tried changing all different kind of settings but there was no way to improve it.
As soon as I use the screen sharing function in Zoom it was perfect but thats not what I want to do.

I read something about video compression being different for webcam and content sharing etc. But usually there would be ways to change or improve it.
Like with audio you can change the quality, use stereo etc., is there no such thing for video?
I am using Zoom Pro and OBS 26.1.1

Any ideas?

Your preview from virtual camera is sharp and clear problems is Zoom and his lower quality.
