Video Quality Loss with Advanced Output Settings

Hello,

*this is for recording only, I'm not streaming*

in the Settings/Output tab I switched the output mode to "Advanced" in order to be able to record multiple audio tracks.
The audio works fine, but the video quality is dramatically worse. I can't see anything different in the "recording" tab between the simple and advanced modes: same encoder, same bitrate; the only thing that I changed was to check the boxes for multiple audio tracks.

Here are the logs and screenshots:

1) output mode "simple", video quality is fine (but no multiple audio tracks of course)

2) output mode "advanced" with multiple audio tracks, terrible video quality (not skipping frames, just looking horrible

3) output mode "simple" again, video quality back to normal

I'm sorry if I'm missing something obvious.
Thank you.

In the encoder settings, use CQP as rate control, not CBR. Use a CQ parameter of 15-25, where lower value is higher quality. You used the default CBR with the default bitrate of 2500, which is way too low even for streaming.
