Video Quality in MS Teams

Hello folks! I'm brand new to OBS and installed it in order to zoom in closer to my face for MS Teams meetings. I managed to get it working in MS Teams except I notice the following:

1. Video looks great in OBS but my head is stretched out a little bit horizontally in MS Teams.
2. There is a very slight video lag compared to the audio.
3. The video resolution seems low but I suspect this an MS Teams limitation.
4. In MS Teams I can choose between OBS Camera and OBS Virtual Camera. Both seem to work, which one do I use?

Does anyone have any suggestions for any of these? The most noticeable issue is my head being stretched.

I wasted 5 hours of my life trying to get the Virtual Camera to be seen by Microsoft TEAMS. After all that, uninstalled and have not gone back, maybe I'll try again over the weekend.

If you succeed or hear anything just holler and I will do the same!
