Video problem

Everything was okay until I finish with the recording. After that when I go in my videos files to see the video, length is 00:00? How is it impossible? Can anyone help me?

try to make sure your Encoder is in the OUTPUT menu in the Recording section.
Here I give my settings, work for streaming, recording, and streaming + recording.

Everything is okay with my settings, here it is on the photo. For the first time I have this issue and I really don't no how this happens. Before I record It the video, I had very very good stream, everything was okay, but after that I start record the video and when I finished my video length was 00:00.
