Question / Help Video Podcasting through skype with OBS Multiplat

I used to be able to resize multiple window captures in OBS classic to make 3 different skype monitor captures of on my fellow podcasters face cams. Now with OBS multiplat most of them are "globally" sourced, so I cannot use multiple monitor captures on the same monitor to differentiate the the users and properly resize them to properly fit in the overlay.

I have managed to get two facecams working by doing one monitor capture, and then one window capture of our group skype call, but I need a way to add the third member's facecam to the podcast. I would also like to add more sources than three in the future if we have guests on. In Xsplit you can source directly from Skype calls, and it is literally the only reason why I'm considering grabbing Xsplit is for the podcast. For everything else, from livestreaming to local capture I'm content with OBS. Its just it sucks for doing the podcast because I have to reconfigure everyone's faces and captures every time we stream and it took around 15 minutes to manually resize everyone's window before, NOW with multiplat it takes me more time with the crop filter and I can only do two at a time instead of the three I currently need. Any help would be appreciated.

Filters applying to all instances of a source is a known issue that will be fixed, and the clumsiness of the crop filter is also a known complaint. All things that need to be worked on, which is why this software is still considered to be in alpha.

Thanks, so I will go ahead and reconfigure OBS classic until it is fixed in OBS multiplat (upgraded to Windows 10 and whiped all my OBS presets). Thank for for your help dodgepong!

I keep both versions for that very reason. Without the abililty to crop effectively I just use the old version for our podcast and MP for gamestreams.

Yup, that is what I do now. Windows 10 update had to whipe ALL of my previous installs, so I hadn't gotten around to downloading classic again since I figured it was time to learn and make multiplat my go to system. Thanks for your help!
