Question / Help Video Plugin Stuttering

I recently added an intro and outro. However every so often OBS Studio will have the audio stutter or go silent. I tried reinstalling OBS Studio however nothing seems to work.

I did check the video I was using and tried a few other videos with different audio formats to see if the issue was the same, it is.

Any help here would be hot!
