Question / Help Video Playback Freezing

Im trying to record footage for Battlefield 5 and 95% of the time the playback freezes. The audio continues but the video is a still frame. Sometimes it will play for a small section out of the video. I have tried to re downloading the software and switched Drives that it is on, and that it records to. I tried doing it both on the same drive and currently its ran and records to separate drives. Games like Black Ops, WW3, and Fallout 76 all have had no problems on higher settings. Im only using Medium graphics settings for Battlefield. Unfortunately its so new I have yet to find a post about this specifically being a problem to this game yet. My Net speed it 70Down and 15UP. Drivers are all up to date.

Since then, I have tried changing my bitrate to CBR and gone from 50,000 in intervals of 5,000 down to 30,000. I have even dropped to 4,000 just to check. And tried lowering my resolution to 720. All to no avail.
