Hi, I just got OBS to start making csgo frag clips, but the video output is like 0.3 fps... so its pretty much impossible to upload. The performance in game does not matter btw.
Your cpu is pretty slow for encoding so there is no chance you will record 1080p@60fps with that. You can try using simple file output and select "x264 low cpu preset" as encoder. Then downscale from video settings (and set fps to 30) until it stops skipping frames.
