Question / Help Video output is laggy / stuttering

Hi, I just installed obs studio to record with. I record the video in 1080p60fps, no lag what so ever ingame, everything is running super smooth. I stop the recording, load it up and boom its super laggy. It's as if it was recorded in like 2 fps for some reason. Anyone know why?

using crf based bitrate selection, switch your cpu preset to ultrafast.
