Question / Help Video Output is Blurry/Fuzzy/Pixelated

I am relatively new to OBS and I am trying to record Fortnite in 1920x1080 at 60fps. I have tried everything and I cannot get the output to be good quality. On top of pixelation and blurriness (I'm not sure what it would be called) the video is nowhere near 60fps. As I have a pretty high end rig, I would not expect this. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

System type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW
