Video output currently active

Hi guys,

I'm getting the 'Video output is currently active. Please turn off any outputs' message when trying to change my stream quality. I do not use any plugins. What has happened and how can I fix this?

You can make new script that will write info to OBS log-file about active outputs on button press (it may give you a clue what output is active in your setup):
