video output currently active

Obs is driving me nuts with one obstacle after another. Currently trying to follow setup instructions, and when setting video parameters its all grayed out with message video output currently active. I disabled ndi output, but still get same problem. My log file is https://obsproject.com/logs/F53cioD8lld6pqp0
