Video Output Active? +Lag??

So, I don't have an NDI plugin, I am not running the virtual cam, I'm not streaming, I'm not recording. Idk if websockets could cause this?? (Log file attached)

I'm also dealing with some weird lag. Someone said that with my specs I should be able to handle most games while streaming as a VTuber... But even Hades 2 on the lowest graphics settings makes my OBS lag. Idk what I should upgrade, or if I need to change some settings?
[I am running; OBS, MixItUp, BikuBot, VTube Studio, VBridger, and Twitch Integrated Throwing System + Whatever game I'm playing when I stream]

- Specs -
CPU: Intel i7-14700F 2.10 GHz
RAM: 32 GB
GPU: AMD Raedon RX 6600
OS: Windows 11

Bad combo there, the 14700F is way more suited for a much higher performing GPU. GPU bottleneck....

Anyway, log is worthless, there's no encoding session & I can't see all the rendering lag/GPU overload that's more than likely going on.

I would back this monitor down to 120HZ or 60HZ & kill HDR.

10:47:02.802: size={1920, 1080}
10:47:02.802: attached=true
10:47:02.802: refresh=240
10:47:02.802: bits_per_color=10

Also, the driver that's currently installed (24.10.1) sucks. It & v24.9.1 are producing bad H264 encodes. If You're encoding H264, might want to rollback the driver to 24.8.1 or earlier.

Is there a way to get a 'better' log? Like should I just get it to lag and then send a log? Sorry, I'm still pretty un-educated with this.
My task manager says that my CPU gets to 100% usage so I assumed it was a CPU issue. I'll look into a better GPU.

After you make the updates to the monitor settings, Open OBS & run your test for a few minutes. When finished, close/re-open OBS & post the previous log. I have an appt. soon so I'll be around for the next 15 minutes & then back in a couple of hours.

Alright, I modified the refresh rate, HDR looks like it was already disabled, but I can't see a way to roll back the driver. Any advice on how to do that?

Your monitor may have an auto HDR feature, if it's enabled, it overrides the Windows setting & that appears to be the case.

Going through your plugins, I believe 4.9.1 is no longer needed & should be removed from your system.

So while I was out, I remembered another thread. Guy had the same HDR issue, you should check the AMD Control Panel. There's an HDR setting somewhere in there...

This should help if you're having trouble locating the setting(s) in the control panel.
