video not clear in stream no mater what changes made

Hi, the video quality of my streams was good with a sharp picture for about a year, and then suddenly they became not clear and fuzzy, looking like 360p resolution even though YouTube says it is still 1080p. I tried to change everything I could to find the problem, using OBS, Vmix, and Wirecast and buying a new camera and video capture device and mini HDMI to usb wire. I'm using a Windows 10 laptop with RTX 2060 and 16 gb ram and have upload speeds of about 30 mbps. The problem has been so frustrating because I can't find a solution and had to cancel a stream the other day because of it. One big clue is that the preview window videos in OBS and Vmix aren't clear, either, so I guess the problem isn't with the streaming software, though I'm not sure what camera setting(s) I could change to fix the problem. I have a Sony FDR-AX100 and RX10 IV. (Separate issue: tried using Sony's Imaging Edge software to eliminate the need for a capture card with the RX10, but that didn't work yet, so maybe I have a charging cable instead of a data cable and am gonna try to get the latter type of cable.) Any help would be much appreciated. p.s. I also recently switched from a 1080p monitor to a 4k one, scaling everything 350% in Windows display settings since I like things big, but obviously that change doesn't seem like it should effect anything in a stream.

Sorry for the delay in replying. The problem somehow fixed itself. But before, the video from the camera was filling up about a quarter of the preview video window, and I had to drag the red lines around the preview video to fill the screen, and now it is filling up the whole screen by itself. Does that make any difference? I have a 4k monitor, and before I had the camera on 1080p but now have it on 4k, so that might account for it filling up the whole preview window.

Also, the camera says 4k, and YouTube says 4k in the test stream, but I'm using a Magewell USB Capture SDI Gen 2, which I thought was only 1080p, so that seems strange.

I attached the log file for my latest stream attempt. I realized it was looking better because I had the bitrate on Lossless, but when I put it back to CBR at 25 mpbs bitrate, it doesn't look clear again. Also, my camera's HDMI output is set to 1080p, and OBS is set to 1080p, but in the YouTube test stream, it says 4k, which I don't want. Any ideas?

Tried a test stream in Vmix with same camera settings as above test stream, and YouTube is reading it as 1080p instead of 4k, so it is definitely a setting in OBS that is making YouTube read my 1080p camera output as 4k. Still looks very blurry in Vmix, though, too, so unless I can figure it out, I won't do any more streaming.

Did you use OBS Analyzer? One clear thing is you're streaming off of Wi-Fi and not running OBS as admin.

Yeah, I analyzed 5 or 6 logs, but no critical issues found. Can try using ethernet instead of wifi and run OBS as administrator, but I don't think those change will affect main issue. Guess I'll just have to do a lot of trial and error.
