I'm hosting an event in a manner that we've gotten good at - the talent will interact on Zoom, and I'll use OBS to capture their images (as portions of the monitor where they're displayed) and embed into a livestream.
For the first time, I'll have a prerecorded introduction which also wants to be part of the livestream and I'm wondering what's the most graceful way to include it. (It's fine that the Zoom participants won't see it.)
I could open the .mp4 on my desktop, of course, and press 'play' - but I'm a little spooked about how I'd route the sound, and I'm concerned that participants would see the Windows play bar appear on the screen as part of the presentation.
Can I tell OBS to just see the .mp4 as a native, full-screen source, and program a scene so that when I hit it the content is just folded into my live stream?
