Video looks blurry compared to screen

New to this whole thing and not sure if I am missing something, using lower settings than needed or what.

When playing the game everything looks sharp, but when I looked at the recording to test it seems a bit blurry. Attached is a image and the red marks on the wall seem to display it well with the screen of the left and video to the right.

Is this normal? Is this expected for my settings? I am running 144hz normally and recording at 60, and it is to a large disk drive instead of solid state for storage. These are other things that came to mind but I am not sure here of if I am doing something wrong

This colors smoothing is because of chroma subsampling. The color format NV12 is coded as 4:2:0 (twice lower resolution for chroma planes). So, it is normal when you see some blur for colored pictures.
