Video Lagging

New to OBS so be patient!
Trying to use OBS for recording videos to teach with. When I'm recording the video is fine but when I play it back it lags slightly.
I would really appreciate advise on how to clear this issue

As the opening poster said When recording the video is fine , its the playback that is the problem like more than enough of us have when recording

Can you define more powerful to me. Sorry I'm not techie at all.
What would I need

I record short videos anything from 15secs to 5mins for piano lessons
I use two cameras at most overhead and maybe sideview
I have midiculous (keyboard that lights the keys when played)
And the sheet music
The pic added is a typical example
