I don't have lag when I play a game, is just the recording that lags, I record at 720 30fps

This was some days ago though, I don't know if it's there on the log and last time I was livestreaming just now and stopped it because I had to set some thing ups (I stream at 480p, 20fps, 900 bitrate, but I guess that's irrelevant)
I had already tried opening OBS as administrators and it didn't work, is it because I have OBS on my RAMDisk? I am planning on taking OBS and Half Life out of there and unistall it
