Question / Help Video lagging/stuttering while streaming on Twitch

Hi all,

Hoping to get some help with this issue, I recently upgraded my PC and capture card (4KPro) and have noticed that when I stream I get random stuttering on my stream. I stream console game play and have an XB1X if that helps any..... I've tried to mess around with settings and have had no luck figuring out why. I don't get any dropped frames and my CPU usage sits at around 25%-30%. Your Windows is out of date, and likely Game Mode is on. Update and turn it off; instruction link is in the signature below.
