Using OBS with a quiet new Laptop (Dell, Inspiron - Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 155H (3.80 GHz), GPU Intel Arc, Ram 32 GB) I am not able to stream (virtuell Camera to Zoom) or record smooth videos... Even when the CPU is only using 5 % and GPU max. 25 %, OBS will not render fast enough and the video is stopping for a while...
is there any advise for me? (Yes, I tried every single possible config of Encoder, camera setting, windows system setting (max. power) etc... NOTHING changes this.... ;-(
