I'm not trying to stream just record some videos using elgato/OBS. When I re-watch my videos they audio and picture is fine but there is noticeable lag every so often with the video though audio from in game and my mic work perfectly fine. The video will stop on a frame then in 2-3 seconds skip to where it's supposed to be. Do I need to drop my bitrate? (currently at 1000). I've looked up videos and read in forums for tips that I've tried but nothing seems to work.
